MARKET ANALYSIS
High quality ranch properties along the Colorado River are few and far between. A few strong sales in recent years for high-end ranches in West Glenwood have somewhat fueled the market, but the closings were for a fraction of the original asking prices. While there are still some great properties on the market, the distance to Aspen has largely left these buyers shopping in the Roaring Fork Valley.
